Follow my journey on Instagram @maisysfostering Special Adoption Considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. Because Lexi Dee is shy, she needs to go to a home with a confident, welcoming resident dog to show her the ropes. Lexi Dee is Looking For: Hi! The three of us - Lexi Dee, Lucy Drew, and Leo Dan - have loved growing up together in our puppy pile in balmy Puerto Rico but now we're ready to split up and get our forever homes in the DC area! I'm looking for a home that will let me play with toys and get my puppy zoomies out and give me snuggles in between playtimes. And to explore my new neighborhood on lots of walks, and I'd really like to make a bunch of doggie friends along the way. Oh, and I should probably take a puppy obedience class or two so I can show you how smart I am.What do you say? Do I get to go home with you? What My Foster Says About Me: Coming soon! Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog! TO ADOPT LEXI DEE: The adoption fee for this dog is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting, vaccinations, transport from the shelter, and her spay.
