About Pippa

If you're looking for a kitten who is as beautiful as she is entertaining, Pippa is your girl! This gorgeous little lady is a uniquely colored tabby with beautiful light beige markings on her face, mixed with soft gray and white speckles. Her unusual coloring makes her truly one of a kind—and she knows it! Pippa’s absolute favorite activity is chasing the feather-and-bell toy on a stick. She rolls, jumps, bats, pounces, and does everything she can to catch it. Once the game begins, Pippa is completely determined to conquer that feather! She also loves good old-fashioned kitten wrestling. Her brothers Pepper and Piper are her favorite playmates, but she will happily play with anybody who is near. Pippa was born into a cat colony in Maryland, and she is definitely street smart. She was the hardest to catch and knows all of the common tricks that humans might use to lure in unsuspecting kittens. If a human looms near, she will duck and run. But if you sit down and put your hand down, she will come up to be scratched. Once you find that special spot on her back, she will arch into it, purr, and topple over in happiness. In short, she purrs easily but also frightens easily. Pippa is not yet a lap cat, but definitely willing to try with that special person. Pippa would love a home with another playful cat. A feline friend will give this energetic girl someone to chase, wrestle with, and curl up beside after a busy day of princess duties. As befitting a princess, Pippa has perfect litter box manners. She is also spayed and has her vaccinations in order. Pippa speaks: I love to play! Any toy will do, especially fishing poles and string with things attached at the end. Bells call to me, as does the sound of feathers whooshing in the air. Did I mention that I love to play? Sometimes I like to walk around dragging my most recent toy in my mouth, if my human puts it down. Please play with me! My curiosity is my best and worst quality. I love plants and will nibble everything at least once — their texture interests me--so it's important to keep dangerous plants away from me. I will also follow you or other cats to investigate: I like to be in the room where it happens, but on the edges. If you walk directly at me, I will run. But I always come back, though… it’s that curiosity thing. Adoption fee $200, includes: first 2 FVRCP vaccines, deworming, flea preventatives, sterilized, microchip
